ABOUT US
About Claire:
I hold a BA degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in Management from BI. In 2007, I was awarded a fellowship to pursue an MA in International Relations at American University in the US. However, after two years, recognizing historical interpretations that didn't align with my understanding of reality and the missing pieces in the whole pictures, I felt the path I had initially chosen wasn't the right fit for me. This realization led me to leave graduate school and return to Vietnam, dedicating myself fully to the practice of yoga. I'm certified as a ERYT-500-hour yoga teacher, with specializations in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. By 2019, I relocated to Stavanger, where I build my own family. During this transitionary phase, I enrolled at BI University. There, I developed a keen interest in understanding and fostering psychological safety and a positive communication climate in the workplace. This passion culminated in my earning a Master's degree in Executive Management two years later.
Drawing on my diverse background in International Relations, Management, and Mindfulness, I've initiated workshops and training sessions tailored for businesses keen on enhancing communication and psychological safety within their learning organizations. My programs are meticulously crafted, blending traditional methodologies with communication techniques, to guide clients in recognizing their existing communication patterns. This not only helps them identify areas of improvement but also equips them with practical tools and strategies to foster an environment conducive to better learning and collaboration. By integrating mindfulness practices and principles from mindfulness experience, I also introduce unique elements to the training, which have been instrumental in achieving transformative results for the organizations I've worked with. The holistic approach I adopt ensures that the training is not merely transactional but leads to lasting change and a genuine shift in the organizational culture.
